KYLE A. KITE
Managing Partner
Kyle Kite founded Kite Partners in 2022 due to his deeply rooted passion to help the middle class and improve the built environment. Prior to Kite Partners, Mr. Kite led acquisitions for Lake Union Partners (LUP), an integral part of the development, investment, and management community. While at LUP, Mr. Kite successfully negotiated and managed over $500 million of capital investments on behalf of the firm and their trusted partners. Prior to LUP, Mr. Kite was Senior Associate at Meridian Capital Group where he negotiated and placed more than $3 billion in financing across 125+ transactions throughout the US.
Mr. Kite holds a B.S. in Marketing with a certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Since 2018, Mr. Kite has served as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Washington's Masters Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. During his free time, he can be found with his family on a boat with a smile on his face or enjoying a round of golf.

LIBBY SAMUELSON
Development Manager
Libby Samuelson joined Kite Partners in 2023 as the Development Manager overseeing property renovations and improvements ensuring that our commitment to high-quality housing is consistently met.
Libby joins us with an impressive background in the real estate and property management industry. Throughout her career, most recently in the tech world at Flexport and WeWork, she honed project management skills, developed a keen eye for detail, spearheaded tenant improvements and expertly managed diverse teams. Libby’s ability to navigate complex projects and coordinate multifaceted efforts contributes to Kite Partners mission.
